Hello,
Please let me start by saying that I am not trying to plug my business or sell anything to you. Great, moving on.
My name is Dumitru, from the faraway country of Republic of Moldova (Eastern Europe).
For about 7 years I have been working in the hotel industry, first in a travel agency, then with a local OTA.
As I started working in this industry at 17, it left quite a mark on my interests.
I am a web developer by profession, so for the past 7 years I've been looking for ways to use my skills in the hotel/travel industries.
A hotel website here, one there, and so on.
Now I have a business that works specifically with independent hotels, small B&Bs and so on.
Now, as I mentioned above, I am not here to market anything or look for customers. I am genuinely interested in helping hotels and B&Bs have decent websites, nothing more.
In the last ~8 years I have been to ~150 hotels from around the world and have stayed in ~75 of them. It breaks my heart to see nice hotels having lousy websites that don't do them justice.
So... I am here, reading what you fine people talk about, what you complain about.
And if I will pop into some thread discussing websites or something related to them, please don't be harsh and don't throw stones at me.
