Permits and such is not any issue,either is spending money,althiugh I was hoping for a modify to suit sort of a thing.the kitchen as large,i f I recall it's about 20x15(conservative),not commercial and that is where a single washer an dryer is .the wascomats are in the garage and another building,3pairs.the kitchen has a great room off to one side and upstairs there is a room that could be a common area for eating additionally.two bedrooms and a bath ,a living room and dining room are seperate from the rest,there is three entry spots in the kitchen,one outside mudroom another goes the the seperate dining room and third to the great room,all stout.the kitchen can be compartmentalized.the real laundry is red tagged,need to address that regardless of anything else. Parking is plenty.goodwill was the interior designers main choice of vendors

Yes I can easily sell it to the very well to do neighbor,he has a standing offer to walk away for 50k.(over purchase price)edit

I don't want to run this biz only own land.i have my hands full with trailer park stuff.which brings up a pontentially important issue,this house is on the same unsubdividable(per county) as my trailer park.pick one or the other(bulldoze) or both exist together.a s far as a website goes I don't even know how to drive my existing website around the block or access anything,only know how to collect it's money.technology beyond this type of thing (surfing&emails)is way to much too teach this old dog new tricks. Much rather remodel a bathroom.

Last thing,as  far as safety is concerned,nobody is held to a higher standard than a trailer park and you are talking acres instead of square feet.

Keep it coming,i can face the truth and try and do something about it.
