Hello all,i am looking for someone who wishes to start up, no desire on my part to do anything with the business itself,i want to lease the house out,longterm is what I think I would like.I have a 9 bedroom, 3full bathroom house in 96034 zip code.under the same roof ,there is a seperate area that is 2 bed,one bath.so 7 rooms for clients.this would be considered a start from scratch operation.quite a few things need to be done to open.the laundry is started,which means there are a few commercial W&D setups not installed,just sitting there.i am sure that my info provided, only raises more questions than I am unable to guess as to what they would be along with what I would consider normal questions as to what the house actually is.
Please let's discuss all the possibilities and for a better picture ,this was a hunting&fishing lodge,40 yrs ago.i will happily answer any and all questions,provide pictures,video,address,tour
my main interest is in trailer parks,but I do have a existing b&b in my sights,this one is a very high profile one,lot of notoriety.in negotiations for that presently,but that's a post for another day.
