I used to do this for the folks that had to get up super early to catch a morning flight. I would usually put a single serving yogurt, some kind of starch (muffin, croissant, pumpkin/zucchini/pear bread), single serving OJ or cranberry juice, a banana or apple, and napkins, single package wet wipe, mint, and a spoon. I would substitute a hard boiled egg on request for diabetics instead of the starch.Put it in the guest fridge for them to grab in the morning (name on it if it was in the shared guest fridge) with some kind of cute note. What can I say? I used to like to put notes in my kids' lunches, too.
