Not to mention the granddaddy of them all, a banner ad for $155 for 2 years (down from the normal $995 for 2 years). And what do they offer in return? Any traffic? NOPE! Estimated annual visitors.... http://www.statshow.com/BNBWS.COM shows 365 views per year and the website is just 28 days old. And they want me to pay them money? Save your money. Save everyone's money.
Seriously, make them show you that they have something to sell and save your money.

The defination for a SCAM is when a customer buys products and services and never received any products or services.
Accordingly, to the American Laws you slanderd our website, our business and also the owners of the website.
Furthermore, no websites have access to other websites and no websites would know the stats of another website.

Anthony, there are a thousand ways this could have been handled that would make your company response not resemble a train wreck. The method you chose was probably not one of them and will likely do your business more harm than anything said by Eric Arthur Blair.
By my count you have committed 6 instances of coercion and 5 instances of blackmail, both of which far superceded any libel claims on your part. Please cease and desist your threats as they do violate both California law and the terms of service of this website which will get your account banned.
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (a Federal Law overiding California law) says a forum and its owner can not be held liable for statements (libel or otherwise) made by its members. So please cease and desist your threats against innspiring.com.
