    I like to do a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, and include a yogurt, piece of fruit, and a muffin or other baked goodie. We have to-go cups for coffee.

    It sounds like I have been charging too little. We have one room that has two full-size beds in it. I have been charging $15 for a third or fourth person in the room. We do serve breakfast, and that's more expensive than it used to be....... There are, of course, extra towels to wash as well.

    My husband and I have been looking for a home that would work as a B&B in SW Virginia for a few years now. We finally just took the plunge, and have purchased a B&B that until about a year and a half ago was in operation. We are in the process now of getting our LLC set up, city license...
