My wife and I are inspiring innkeepers that have purchased an old 1905 brick schoolhouse. Our intentions are to turn this into a 7 room Bed and Breakfast Inn. We live right across the street in a little unincorporated town just 4 miles from a National Park and a major interstate,10 miles from a very big fan based major college and within 30-45 minutes of over 1MM population to pull from. We are currently in the process of getting our schoolhouse on the National Historic Register and pursuing Historic preservation tax credits. My wife is a teacher and plans to continue to teach and I will retire from a job of 31+ yrs. I will write more here as we progress!
